ReenoAI is a digital software platform. No physical products are shipped. After a successful payment, the purchased plan is delivered as account access, platform features, and subscription entitlements within the ReenoAI workspace.

Activation Timeline

In most cases, subscription activation is completed automatically within minutes of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases involving verification, gateway delays, or manual review, activation may take longer.

No Physical Shipping

Because ReenoAI is delivered digitally, there are no courier charges, dispatch timelines, parcel tracking numbers, or physical delivery obligations.

Delivery Issues

If you complete payment but do not receive plan activation or access, please contact us with your registered email address, transaction details, and payment reference so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
