General Policy
ReenoAI is a software subscription service provided by Rigomo DocWorld. Because access to the platform, AI tools, publishing workflows, and related features is provisioned digitally, refunds are evaluated on a limited and case-specific basis.
Subscription Payments
All subscription charges for monthly and yearly plans are billed in advance. Once payment is successfully processed and access is activated, the service is considered delivered as a digital subscription.
Eligible Refunds
A refund may be considered in limited circumstances such as:
- Duplicate billing or accidental multiple charges for the same order.
- Payment captured successfully but no subscription or account access was provisioned.
- A verified technical issue on our side that prevented access to the purchased plan and could not be reasonably resolved.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- Change of mind after subscription activation.
- Partial non-usage of the platform or unused subscription period.
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle, where applicable.
- Issues caused by third-party platforms, internet problems, user misconfiguration, or unsupported external services.
Processing Timelines
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Banking or payment gateway timelines may vary, but approved refunds are generally initiated within 7 to 10 business days.
